What does an IT recruitment agency do?

An IT recruitment agency finds, screens, and shortlists technology professionals on your behalf.

We typically have a shortlist of vetted, interviewed candidates with you within a few days of receiving your brief, because we have immediate access to thousands of active and passive IT candidates across every technology discipline.

Why shouldn't I just recruit through LinkedIn or do it in-house?

You can - and for some roles it works. But IT recruitment has a particular challenge: the best candidates are rarely actively looking. They're already employed, not browsing job boards, and won't respond to a generic ad or InMail.

Do you recruit for any type of IT role?

How much does an IT recruitment agency charge?

It depends on the role. Our fees typically range between 15% and 25% of the candidate's basic salary, depending on seniority and complexity.

For contract roles, we'll talk you through how the day rate and margin work.

We'll give you a clear figure upfront before we start - no surprises, and we won't charge you any more than that amount, even if you have to offer a higher salary to secure your ideal hire.

And remember, you don't pay anything unless we find someone you actually hire.

When do I have to pay the fee?

Not until your new hire starts work. There's nothing to pay upfront, nothing on shortlist, nothing on interview.

Our fee only becomes due once the successful candidate is sat at their desk working for you.

Which locations do you cover?

The whole of the UK. We recruit for IT roles in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Bristol, and everywhere in between.

We use Teams, Zoom, and video calls to thoroughly vet every candidate before presenting them to you, so no location is too remote.

Do we get a rebate if the candidate leaves?

Yes. We operate a replacement and rebate scheme on every placement.

If you have to dismiss a candidate within the first three months, we'll either find you a replacement or refund a proportion of the fee.
