Yes, either by telephone or face-to-face depending on your requirements. This forms an integral part of the vetting and selection procedure and allows us to create shortlists with pinpoint accuracy.
You won’t have to pay a penny until the successful candidate commences work with you.
We operate a replacement and rebate scheme for every recruitment project we undertake.The purpose of this is to protect you in the event that you have to dismiss a candidate in the first three months of employment.

The first stage is a quick chat over the phone to understands more about your situation and if we’re the right fit for each other. If you are we’ll schedule a more formal telephone interview.
Assuming that goes well, you’ll have a second face-to-face interview at our head office in Sutton Coldfield, before a final interview with our CEO.
We’ll throw in a couple of skills tests along the way so we can assess your current levels and training requirements.
Training is ongoing at Coburg Banks. We constantly strive to improve what we do and our training teams are a big part of that.
Most of our training is delivered at your desk but we also have training teams who deliver sessions in a more classroom-type environment.
That all depends on you. You’ll have full access to your own KPIs and efficiencies so you’ll instinctively know where to make improvements to help you earn as much as you want.
Any revenue over target gets you 30% of that amount, so there’s a real incentive to overachieve. Follow our blueprint and playbooks and you’ll earn more with Coburg Banks than you ever have before.
