We work on recruitment projects throughout the whole of the UK. We make extensive use of MS Teams, Zoom and Facetime to ensure that every candidate is thoroughly vetted before being presented to you – no location is too remote.

Do you interview every candidate in advance?

Yes, either by telephone or face-to-face depending on your requirements. This forms an integral part of the vetting and selection procedure and allows us to create shortlists with pinpoint accuracy.

When do I have to pay?

You won’t have to pay a penny until the successful candidate commences work with you.

Is the fee refundable should the candidate not work out?

We operate a replacement and rebate scheme for every recruitment project we undertake.The purpose of this is to protect you in the event that you have to dismiss a candidate in the first three months of employment.
