Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a domiciliary care role based in Leatherhead. The role is with a reputable company that operates in the home care sector and are part of a huge franchise that provides top-notch home care services. Currently it supports 13 live in packages and 500 domiciliary hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow. They are offering:

• Salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus bonus

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the delivery of care services
• Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
• Managing staff and resources effectively
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
• Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:

• Relevant qualifications in healthcare management
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
