The Role
As Finance Manager, you will:

• Oversee financial accounting, management reporting, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with statutory and external regulations
• Manage HR and payroll functions
• Conduct risk management and maintain the risk register
• Liaise with auditors and oversee statutory accounts
• Lead the finance team, setting objectives and driving performance

The Candidate
The ideal Finance Manager will have:

• Strong financial accounting and statutory reporting experience
• Proficiency in SAGE Accounting systems (Sage 500 and Payroll)
• Management accounting expertise, including budgeting and forecasting
• A proven track record in implementing financial controls
• Experience in staff management and payroll
• High IT literacy and excellent communication skills
