Dual Registered Manager

Our client, a well-established care provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for their Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services in Bradford. The Role:
As a Dual Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee the Supported Living service, managing care for 20 clients across various settings
• Ensure the smooth operation of 500 care hours in Supported Living and 350 hours in Domiciliary Care
• Collaborate with team leaders and support staff to deliver exceptional care
• Maintain compliance with local authority contracts and care standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Deputy, Care Coordinator and Team Leaders

The Candidate:
The ideal Dual Registered Manager will have:

• Experience in either Supported Living or Domiciliary Care
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A commitment to maintaining high care standards
• The ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• A patient and adaptable approach to managing care services
