The Role:
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and care of children in a purpose-built therapeutic home.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high care standards
- Deliver therapeutic support and guidance to children with EBD needs
- Lead shifts, supervise staff, and manage placement plans
- Support the Registered Manager with inspections and audits
- Ensure thorough staff induction and ongoing training
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager position will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Residential Children's Care
- Understanding of therapeutic care and trauma-informed approaches
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management or willingness to obtain
