#1. We Cap Our Fees
Recruitment agencies are often criticised for inflating candidate salaries for their own gain. We reject that practice. When we start a project, we establish a fair remuneration package for the role you’re hiring for.
This allows us to determine the maximum fee you’ll pay if you hire through us.
Even if you end up paying the candidate more than agreed upon, our fee remains capped. To further protect you, if you decide to pay the candidate less, we’ll adjust our fee accordingly so you’re not worse off.

#2. We Guarantee Every Placement
Don’t suffer the consequences of a bad hire. We’ve got you covered. Occasionally, our clients hire unsuitable candidates, and it happens to us too. If it occurs within the first three months of their employment, we provide a solid guarantee:
If your recruit leaves, we’ll make every effort to find a replacement.
And if that’s not possible or you change yourmind, we’ll credit your account for the same amount to be used for future hires. You won’t lose out.

You pay nothing for our recruited candidates until they begin working for you.
Occasionally, candidates may decline job offers.
However, we believe you shouldn’t bear the cost.
