It depends on the role. Our fees typically range between 15% and 23% of the candidate's basic salary, depending on seniority and complexity.
We'll give you a clear figure upfront before we start - no surprises, and we won't charge you any more than that amount, even if you have to offer a higher salary to secure your ideal hire.
And remember, you don't pay anything unless we find someone you actually hire.

Our fee only becomes due once the successful candidate is sat at their desk working for you.
Yes. We operate a replacement and rebate scheme on every placement.
If you have to dismiss a candidate within the first three months, we'll either find you a replacement or refund a proportion of the fee.
