Well I don’t know about you but he gets my vote!  How can any red blooded recruitment consultant not back a man that talks about getting people in to work.

I’m talking about David Cameron in case you haven’t picked up my thread yet – stick with me I’m new to this.

Now I don’t want to get on my political hobby horse, trust me when I tell you that – I do want to talk about change though  albeit something much closer to home – us!!

We don’t have too much in common with the Conservative party actually as we have been leading for the last 7 years but now things have got really exciting.

You see we have just launched our new brand – Coburg Banks and we want to shout it from the rooftops.  We already have a loyal following of clients and candidates but you would expect that in 7 years I suppose.

What we really want to do is convert more of you – we have all the bells and whistles to do this – fancy new website, new brand and logo etc

But what I think we need is your feedback – either as a job hunter or as someone looking to fill a job – we want to hear from you.  Not to win your business, although if you want to give it to us we won’t turn it down, but to get your thoughts on what you  think a recruitment consult should offer.

We are GENUINELY prepared to listen to you and use what you are telling us you want – you never know I may be able to persuade my business partners to give you royalties if we use it…

A recruitment consultancy that is prepare to listen?  Now that really is change!!
